The problem

Most clubs still run ladders and tournaments
on paper, pings and patience.

Rankings live in a spreadsheet. Brackets live on a whiteboard. Challenges happen in a WhatsApp group. Entry fees move through Venmo. Admins chase scores and mediate disputes from their inbox. Members lose interest.

How the ladder works

A loop your members actually want to play.

Every step is automated, deadline-driven, and transparent. No spreadsheets, no chasing, no arguing over who played whom.

  1. 01

    Members join the ladder

Invited players join under your branded subdomain, pick a ladder, and pay any entry fee through Stripe Checkout. Admins can run free, paid, or invite-only rosters.

  2. 02

    Challenges, policed by rules

Challenge ranges, response windows, leave-of-absence, and match deadlines are configured once and enforced automatically. Expired challenges clear themselves.

  3. 03

    Scores submitted and confirmed

One player reports, the other confirms. If they disagree, an admin chooses the submitted score, the disputed score, or voids the match.

  4. 04

    The ladder re-ranks itself

Every confirmed match updates positions in a single transaction. Streaks, records, position history, and inactivity decay all stay consistent.

Challenge ladders

A live ranking your members
actually compete to climb.

Every club gets one or more ladders under its own brand. Positions shift on confirmed results, inactivity decay keeps rankings fresh, and leave-of-absence protects players who travel.

  • Multiple ladders per club — men's, women's, mixed, juniors, skill tiers.
  • Challenge ranges, response windows, and match deadlines configured once.
  • Streaks, win/loss records, and position history updated automatically.
  • Inactivity decay and player leave-of-absence built into the rules engine.

Built for clubs, players, and admins

One platform.
Three audiences, each looked after.

For clubs

A digital front door for competitive play.

  • Branded experience on your subdomain — or your own custom domain.
  • Run multiple ladders and tournament events from one tenant.
  • Stripe Checkout collects ladder and tournament entry fees.
  • Configure once, then let the system operate the season.
For players

A clear, competitive reason to book the next match.

  • A live leaderboard with records, streaks and recent matches.
  • Simple challenge, accept, decline and score-confirm flows.
  • Tournament registration, group standings, and bracket views.
  • Leave-of-absence built in so a vacation doesn't cost a ranking.
For admins

A lightweight operations tool — not another inbox.

  • Seed players, generate draws, and resolve disputes from the dashboard.
  • Member invites with one-time secure links and pending-invite tracking.
  • Inactivity decay, leave-of-absence, and player notes self-serve.
  • Background workers handle deadlines, reminders, and notifications.
Beyond tennis

A ladder engine for
any club competition.

The same engine that runs a men's singles ladder can run doubles, juniors, seniors, mixed, skill divisions, seasonal ladders, round-robin tournaments — or an entirely different racket sport. One tenant model. One codebase. Many formats.

Run professional ladders and tournaments
without the spreadsheet.

We're onboarding a small number of pilot clubs before we open broader access. If you run competitive play — leagues, ladders, or tournaments — we'd love to hear from you.
